1. Accepted forms of Rich Media are: HTML, Javascript, DHTML, Point Roll, Shockwave, Flash*, Java, Enliven, Bluestreak, Viewpoint and Eyewonder; all Rich Media must be accompanied by a GIF for those without the plug-in.)

*Flash Clicktag Variable Instructions: For Flash creative to work properly in Intergi's Internet's ad serving system, clients must insert tag variable into the .fla file so that performance can be properly tracked.

eNewsletter Advertising Specifications

HTML eNewsletter Format

  • In the HTML format, advertisers have the option of running ONE of three creative types: MPU, Skyscraper or Text.
    • For Graphics ads, we accept GIF and JPEG only (Image must not loop more than 5 times). Rich Media (including Flash) is not accepted.
  • Graphical Ads:
    • Skyscraper: 160 x 600 pixels, 12k maximum file size
    • MPU: 300 x 250, 12k maximum file size (note that this MPU size is different from the Web site MPUs)
  • Text Ads:
    • Text ads can also be used in the HTML format if desired:
      • 300 characters maximum, including spaces
      • Specify which word/phrase should be hyperlinked (one link per ad)
      • Specify bold, italics or underline as needed
      • Ads MUST be transmitted in a Word or Notepad document.

NOTE: We do accept ads through a third party ad-serving company (i.e. Adknowledge and Matchlogic.)

Text eNewsletter Format

  • 5 lines of text, 60 characters per line max (including spaces). Please do not use "Free Trial" or "Click Here," or use CAPS for emphasis.
  • URL must stand alone as the last line — with a max of 60 characters
  • Ads MUST be transmitted in a Word or Notepad document.

Creative Deadlines

  • All GIF and JPEG ads, text ads and linking URLs must be delivered two business days prior to campaign start
  • Click-through rate reporting is standard HTMO newsletters
  • Please note: If you choose to have your link tracked, the provided URL will be embedded within a tracking code; therefore, the tracking URL will not contain your company's name. You may want to include your URL within the ad copy.
  • Available on request:
    • "Open" rate reporting is available upon request for HTML newsletters.
    • Click-through rate reporting is available upon request for text newsletters.
