President & CEO
Jayson Dubin brings more than a decade of media and marketing experience to Intergi, and a track record of launching and building successful media properties that reach the gaming audience, on a worldwide basis. As CEO of Intergi Entertainment, Jayson is responsible for providing the strategic vision and direction for the company, and for ensuring the execution of the company against its core business plan.
Prior to starting Intergi he was President of the Media Division of theglobe.com a public corporation in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. While there he oversaw Computer Games Magazine and launched two consumer publications Now Playing Magazine and Massive Magazine which was later renamed to MMO Games Magazine. He was also responsible for the direction of the three publications as well as four gaming websites also owned by the media division of theglobe.com. Jayson managed the media division’s staff both locally and nationally as well as set overall strategy for marketing, circulation and editorial direction for all media properties of the division.
Prior to joining theglobe.com, Jayson successfully launched his own full-service marketing company, JKD Media Corp./Printingpages.com. The company specialized in print, Web and promotional marketing. Providing services for clients such as Norwegian Cruise Lines, E Diets and IBM Credit Union among others. Previous to opening his own company, he worked at Yahoo.com as an advertising account executive where he was responsible for building profitable business relationships.
In 2011, Jayson won "Entrepreneur of the Year" from the South Florida Business Journal. Jayson holds a bachelor of science from the University of Maryland and is the founder and a board member of the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association (SFIMA).
Chief Operating Officer
Steven Berger is a co-founder and financier of Intergi Entertainment. His background is all Wall Street with four years experience trading currencies for the Finnish Bank Postipankki, Ltd. and nearly ten years as an equity trader. Additionaly, he started several investment companies during this time which focused on both residential and commercial real estate. Steven has notable distinguishments such as being named the "Youngest Chief Dealer" in the bank's history, yielding a literal 3,000% return on investment while trading equities, and a 40% return in real estate.
Steven's high level of education, strong connections and vast knowledge of the financial market are exemplary qualities when leading a company to an uncertain and ever-changing future. Steven thrives on new opportunities and challenges both in and out of the office, and he brings a fresh perspective to Intergi.
Steven holds a Bachelors Degree of Science from the University of Albany and a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is also an accomplished race car instructor and driver as well as mountain biker.
Tanya Brown heads the sales team at Intergi and brings more than 12 years of marketing and advertising experience in collaborating with a variety of BtoB & BtoC clients to assist them in achieving their marketing initiatives. She also manages part of Intergi’s non-endemic category, developing and executing success campaigns for the Retail, Beverage, QSR, Men’s Grooming, and Armed Forces categories among others.
Prior to working at Intergi, Tanya spent 2 years as an Online Account Executive at Hoovers.com, owned by Dun & Bradstreet, partnering with clients across the Sales/Marketing, Financial & Automotive categories. In addition to her experience in the online arena, Tanya spent 5 years at BusinessWeek Magazine, then a McGraw-Hill Company, developing integrated marketing programs with a focus on Print, Events, and TV.
Tanya hails from New York City, graduated Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and currently resides in sunny Delray Beach, Florida. When not working, she enjoys running, bike riding, and is a huge sci-fi fan.
Network Operations & International Sales Director
Nathan Thomas brings extensive international advertising experience and a strong academic track record to Intergi. After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and Media Research from the University of Zurich, Switzerland he worked in the Department of Media Economics with a focus on advertising. His research projects were presented at international conferences in San Francisco, Lisbon and Cologne and published in renowned Journals such as The Journal of Media Business Studies. He is also the co-editor of the book "Werbung im internationalen Vergleich: Zustand und Entwicklung" on the international development of advertising from a comparative perspective, published in Germany.
After migrating from Switzerland he joined Intergi to develop and manage all third party relationships to ensure the effective monetization of Intergi and Playwire inventory across all direct and third party sales channels for display and video. Nathan has built out an extensive network of partners consisting of all major players in the digital advertising space including, but not limited to, Ad Networks, Exchanges, DSPs, SSPs as well as Data and Verification providers. He also manages all international sales efforts, overseeing multiple sales teams from Europe to Asia, delivering unmatched CPMs in non-US territories for Intergi Publishers.
UK & European Sales Director
James has over 6 years in the video games market and has developed media campaigns for every game publisher during that time.
Before leading Intergi’s European and UK office James worked at Future Publishing managing key accounts in the video games market, working with the likes of Sony, Activision, EA and Take Two, responsible for selling integrated solutions across print, online, events, mobile and iPad.
James is originally from Bournemouth, a small town on the south coast of the UK, and graduated from Bristol University with a BA in Marketing. James currently resides in South London and in his spare time he plays futbol, socializes with friends and hits the gym.
Director of Technology
Diego is the master of all things technical at Intergi. With over 10 years as a development team leader, his experience ranges from building a night life social network to creating an online platform for the newspaper industry.
Working with Ruby on Rails almost since its inception and creating over a dozen web scale applications with it, Diego brings a unique set of skills to the Intergi team to help disrupt the industry with new innovations.
Diego is not all technical, he has knowledge and background in both technology and business. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires where he also taught macroeconomics. Diego's Beta fish, Pepe, is the company's mascot and beloved office pet.
Jonathan Trevisani has been with Intergi since its inception and has several years’ worth of experience in online advertising. He was on Online Editor at Computer Games Magazine working on CGOnline.com and MMOGames.com alongside Jayson Dubin before starting Intergi and becoming the Online Operations Manager.
Jonathan is responsible for all direct, national campaigns and has run more than 1,000 successful campaigns at Intergi. He is in charge from initial setup to final delivery and works extensively with the sales and finance teams to guarantee all aspects of each campaign run efficiently and effectively. His operations team manages more than a thousand publishing partners and work closely to ensure every partner can maximize their revenue to their highest potential.
Jonathan graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications. He is an avid PC and Console gamer which enables him to bring the perspective of Intergi’s prime audience into play.
